We want our guests to feel right at home here. Here you will find all the important information about your stay, your booking and the apartments.

What is included in the price of the accommodation?

Unless otherwise stated, the accommodation price includes all utility costs for gas, water and electricity, as well as shared use of the communal areas (kitchen, living room, garden, terrace, shower, bathroom, etc.).

How much does each flat cost?

Our fully furnished apartments cost between €80 and €180 net per night, depending on size and facilities. There are no hidden costs. Only deliberate damage or smoking in the apartment will be charged. A flat fee of €1,600 is charged for smoking in the apartment, as extensive cleaning measures (painting, ozone treatment, etc.) are required.

How does the payment/booking process work?

Reservations must always be paid for in advance. Payment can be made in cash or by bank transfer. The person making the reservation is also the contracting party.

Where are the apartments located?

All apartments are centrally located in Ulm, Neu-Ulm, Senden and Augsburg. In many cases, train stations are within walking distance or just a few stops away by bus.

What do I need to bring with me, and what is provided in the flat?

The following items are provided: bed linen, blankets, pots, glasses, crockery, toilet paper and soap. The following items are not provided: food, towels, hairdryer, toothbrush, toothpaste and slippers.

What about cleaning and laundry?

Guests are generally responsible for cleaning the apartments themselves. We provide cleaning equipment such as a broom, dustpan and mop. If you would like our team to clean the apartment, we would be happy to do so for €180 (excl. VAT) per cleaning. Each apartment has its own washing machine and tumble dryer. Free Wi-Fi is available in all apartments.

Are there any additional costs?

All standard costs are included in the accommodation price. There are no hidden charges. Additional costs may only be incurred in the event of wilful damage or severe soiling.

Who should I contact on arrival?

Please contact our head office at least two hours before your arrival on +49 173 7750 178 so that we can arrange for you to collect your keys.

What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-in is available between 5.00 pm and 9.00 pm. Check-out is between 10.00 am and 11.00 am.

How can I extend my stay?

If you wish to extend your stay, please let us know as soon as possible. We will try to keep the same accommodation available or offer an equivalent alternative.

When will I receive the address of the accommodation?

Once your booking has been confirmed and the invoice issued, the exact address will be provided on the invoice.

Can I move out if I don’t like the flat?

A change is possible if there are valid reasons. Our team at my home & more GmbH will be happy to assist you with this.

Can I lock my flat?

All apartments and rooms are lockable. You can relax in your apartment in complete privacy.

Do I have to pay a deposit?

We do not usually require a deposit. However, we reserve the right to do so in individual cases.

Who can use the accommodation?

The apartments are available exclusively to employees of the company making the booking or to the person making the booking.

How do I make a booking?

Bookings can be made by phone, via WhatsApp or by email.

Is there a minimum booking requirement?

Yes, the minimum stay is 7 nights.

Are pets allowed?

+

No, pets are not allowed.

How does the handover of keys work?

+

Please call +49 173 7750 178 two hours before arrival to arrange the handover of the keys

What should you do in an emergency?
